Contractors not finishing work

I have a claim with insurance and contractors came to fix the relevant issues but the fence was not fixed nor the camera system I am not sure why these people can leave us exposed to the elements out there but it is unexceptable that after my calls and emails I get no response from the bank. These contractors clearly underquoted the bank and the bank cannot pay them for unfinished work
