Contractors - Missing watch reported

Good day. In August 2022 I had contractors selected by Std Bank Home Insurance to come to fix the ceiling in my house as I had a geyser burst. After their departure, I realised that one of my watches was missing and reported it to Boitumelo Pitja (Prestige Dept). No claim number was given for reporting the watch. An affidavit was sent on 05 October 2022. I have sent emails and received calls but sent from pillar to post. Can someone please sort this out?
