CONTRACTORS DRAGGING THEIR FEET

The one room in my house caught fire and nearly destroyed the room next to it. I called the insurance department and lodged a claim. They promised to send the contractors out but to date nothing has happened. They just call and say the contractor will come tomorrow and this is already going on almost 2 weeks. When the insurance money needs to be paid, they are quick to debit but when they are supposed to fix things under the insurance, you wait forever.
