Contract cancelled but bank still went on to debit.

I joined standardbank/Liberty insurance in Feb 2023 and that was the worst decision ever, you guys are *********** and your customer service is pathetic. Nonetheless I cancelled a policy with you and the last day was 25/03/2023 and you still went to debit my account on the 27/03/2023. I want my money because last time I checked I know longer have any contract with you and I will never ever join you.

This is a problem of banks wanting to involve themselves in everything related to finances, I'll give you a free advise just let insurance companies deal with insurance and you should only focus on banking because insurance is not your thing and you're still old school.
