Constant lies

<p>I cancelled my insurance portion from my home loan amount, the same month the interest rate went down, however over R700 more was deducted by them, when i called to query they said they can see what went wrong and that instead of decreasing the amount the system increased it therefore charging me more, they said that they will rectify it and process the refund in 7 working days which i was ok with, only to receove a letter from them that all off a sudden that about is my new figure based on the interest rate (the exactly amount that was deducted) which i know is a lie because aside from the interest rate dropping the insurance premium was also to be removed so how can that me a new amount? this is one of many many experiances with Standard bank they will do anything to gain money and give false information, really pathetic</p>
