I am very pleased with the service I received from mam Sompa and her manager Mr Benjy from the Newmarket Mall in Alberton branch. I went in to put through a claim for my late husband. They were patient with me, explained which documents will be needed, the process involved since my husband was ******ed and their sympathy during my time of need. Their friendliness and compassion towards me comforted me and the claim also paid out without any hassles. Mrs Sompa and Mr Benjy really represent the Bank well and with great understanding of their products. Thank you 😊
