Completely useless business banking

Completely useless business banking - I have been trying to complete the FICA for my Business Account - I have questions on what to supply, the call centre doesn't answer, my business banker neither answers their phone nor responds to emails the online form that I need to fill in doesn't work. How on earth am I meant to submit the information they have asked me for. I think 1 Star is far to generous. Could someone from Standard bank please contact me and stop wasting my time with their *********** service?
