Complaints, bad service !

Worst company to have insurance with. They send *********** contractors to do the work at your property and when the contractors cause more damage to your property you are left to fit the bill. You should rather pick up someone from builders warehouse to do work at your property I'm sure it will be much neater and better than the contractors that they send out. You have to consistently call them to complain. Even when you log a complaint to the complaints department they tell you they going to send an assessor out and no one comes. You get an email a week later with covers ups yet you sent them proof of damages and sent emails with pictures while the contractors were busy on the property. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.
