Complaint with Standard Bank Insurance

I have a query to raise with SB home Insurance. I raised a claim on the 14th of February and on the 16th I received an sms saying a contractor is on its way. I have never received a call or a visit from any contractor to date.

Last week Friday I received an email from Moyo Shula to send a report. I sent it on the same day and I still have had no response from you guys.

I would like my claim processed and after I am cancelling my insurance with Standard Bank as soon as my claim is processed 21/O139832.
