Complaint for repudiated standard bank claim

Claim for garage door has been decline by Stand Bank Insurance. Their excuse for not paying my claim is due to maintenance. I am not a maintenance man and have had contractors to maintain the garage door in the past. Every month payment is made towards my insurance without fail but when the time comes to claim they show they just dont care about their customers. I have called Standard Bank Ins numerous of times but never received a call back. They tried to break in my garage last night because the motor could not function properly. I am highly displeased at the service received by my insurer. I still feel the excuse given to me is not valid for not paying my claim. I am constantly maintaining my property and therefore their repudiation excuse does not justify the reason.
