Complaint

Very annoyed about the experience and lack of communication from standard bank insurance brokers. I put in a funeral claim early this year and in was repudiated and said will refund the premiums from cover started. And they have been saying 14 days the money will be in my account nothing happened and i have calling and no results and I do not have my money it's been 2 months now.

I called today and the consultant said I must send my bank statements and they will review because the payment was approved. He gave me his wrong email address and i can't send anything. Standard bank funeral insurance i want my money back
