Complaint

I received another email from standard bank insurance still stating that they sticking to the wear and tear damages and they sent me pictures to show me why they send me a few pictures of the house but a small portion not the whole portion they sent me other pictures of someone else's yard which is not KY yard they also sent me pictures of my wall and I don't remember insuring my wall I only insured my house I also sent a complaint to ombudsman.
