Standard bank Insurance Service provider appointed by Standard Bank to fix my claim not only did faulty installation of my roof but alsdo tried to potentially de***** the bank by installing less sheeting than they took away from my premises. Creating this issue!! I have a professional written report on the issue for verification!! Logged a claim for roof leakage and was told by call centre their service provider's warranty has elapsed and never heard from SBIB again. Written many emails and have tried to escalate but always end process at call centre (Many calls with no progression). I cannot seem to get to speak to anyone with authority about the issue. Your service provider has created a massive problem and it is your service provider, your problem not mine as your customer. Busy repairing the damages myself as I get no response to all my various emails except automated replies. Unacceptable!! Forcing me to complain on social media and Hello Peter and consult attorneys for cost recovery.
