Complaining about the poor service from Standard bank Insurance

I had an accident on the 31st of much,only the bumper got damaged,on the 9th of June the insurance called a towing company to come tow my car,a month later,after endless phonecalls I only learnt that the towing guy made further damages to my car,he dropped the car from a moving tow truck,down a mountainous area, now the car is said to be uneconomical to fix,so the Standard bank insurance went ahead to attempt settling the car without my consent and they only want to pay the settlement amount to MFC and that will be it,and I am to loose a car and all the installments I have been paying from December 2017 to date,as if I am the one who made the car to be beyond repair. Now I am carless,heavily pregnant and still paying instalment of a car I am not driving.
