Complain about leaking pipe

I reported a licking pipe from the kitchen wall on the 13 October 2022 .the blumber was send to assess the problem,when he get my place he removed some of my kitchen corbords and open a hole on my wall and shower calling has acracked.zI have call them for several times without helped.
