Complain

I'm so disappointed with the service in Standard I've been doing claim for past 2months keep on changing Consultants,requesting documents and you provide and keep transferring from Pilar to post , even the senior management complains department they just look at your email no response even just to acknowledge nothing.what kind of service Standard Bank is providing to people.
