Collapsed ceiling claim query

Logged a claim with Standard bank insurance. No feedback has been given to me , even though the assessment was done 10 days go. When I logged the claim I stated that my ceiling is about to collapse anytime. The ceiling did indeed collaps a few days after. Now I have to chase Standard bank and I am told the report is not loaded from the service provider. I dont know if I should be managing this supplier myself or what. When calling the call centre, the agents promise to get back to me , and they dont.

Well now that I complained I receive feedback that my claim is rejected as the damage is caused by poor workmanship. The Tiles on the roof lifted when it was last windy, every night when it was windy the ceiling became worse. Now Standard bank says there are no water stains on the roof to show leacking. offcourse there are no water stains as it hasnt been raining in Cosmo coty lately. the damage is caused by forcemejeaur . I do not climb on my roof daily to check what is happening, so I would not have known when the initial damage to the tiles happened.

The second assessment was done on the 16th and still no feedback to be regarding that . Not sure what to do now, as I am being ignored.
