Clain not paid over a month

Lerato Lebanyoni I app**** for claim to be made over a month agowith no luck to a point I am receiving calls from lawyer telling me that the standard bank debt has been handed over to them.I sent her couple email copied his superiors Marsh and Fatima to assist but it seems as that they are not taking serious either.
