Claims and Service

I have a comprehensive car insurance / stansure insurance policy. I only claimed twice and in both those instances I was really impressed with the service. Usually insurance companies will make the process a mission, adding more stress to your pain but that wasn’t the case.

Recently I lodged a claim it was 1 call I did, gave all my details and they gave me a reference number. Not a day passed by without me getting some sort of feedback from them. I didn’t have to follow up. They’d either call me or sms me about progress.

The way they treated me from the very first time I called was so calming. I was assured that everything will be okay, the way they ask questions about the event doesn’t feel like I’m being interrogated, they have so much care. I know my premiums might be bumped because a claim usually causes that but that’s okay... for the service they gave me, I’m happy. Please keep up the great work.
