Claims

I lodged two claims relating to my property. 1 was authorized and the other declined. I was informed that the authorized claim would be paid out was I complete and send claims forms back to them, a Charles Ramaitjane was assigned to email me the forms, it has been over two weeks that I have waited for him to forward the forms via email. A telephone number was given ********** 500 to contact him directly, this has yielded zero results as the number goes unanswered. The main call center number is not helpful either as I called and my phone got dropped after 25 min of waiting. My frustrations are that I have used money from my pocket with the prospect of compensation. My claim references are: 17/084771 and 17/084650. I'm now out of options hence my complaint through such platform
