Claim submitted 2 weeks ago and no assessment booked yet

<p>I registered a claim more than 2 weeks ago for a leaking roof to my builings after the storms, from day one i advised the consultants of availibility for assessment they kept on promising that they will get back to me till now my roof has not been assessed and it is still raining which means the damages are getting worse by the day, why do we insure with y ou?</p>
