Claim related request/query

My excellent service experience that was rendered by Phumzile Ngcombela She really provided an exceptional service when dealing with my claim. She kept me informed about the development of the process of my claim. She would even do a follow-up with me with regards to the outstanding requirement i.e. The Quote from the supplier so that my claim could be rounded off timeously. I still maintain that one thing that really stood out for me was to be kept informed on an ongoing basis. I strongly believe that the latter statement is the pillar of wowing one's customers.
