Claim rejection

Standard bank insurance underwriiten by hollard would not fix my home after an earthquake claiming that the cracks would not have been caused by an earthquake and that our area in Windmill park Boksburk was not the epicentre of an earthquake. This claim rejection came after 3 months of waiting for and assesor to be appointed. The assesor and the Engineer appointed by brolink were not even aware that an earthquake happened and they even knew that the insurance would not cover even before they inspected the house. please stay away fom Standar bank and Hollard insurance, they are ******.
