Claim rejection

I took out a standard bank vehicle warranty cover with standard bank via innovation group. First claim and the experience was unpleasant. Different use of terminology and technicality of the item that is covered is mentioned resulting in my claim being rejected. It is really discouraging because we take up these covers with good intentions and part of risk transfer, only to find that at the time of need you are left vulnerable and in financial strain anyway. I acknowledge that all covers have T&C's but where the lines are blurred the customer should always be given the benefit.
