CLAIM REJECTED AGAIN !!!!!

I registered a claim for my aircon which was damaged either by water, lightening or storm during the recent storms in KZN, SBIB service provider came to access the damage and sent a report to SBIB. I had a call from Lindelwe Ntini from SBIB before the rejection letter informing me that the claim was rejected and i will be sent the rejection letter via mail. As per the rejection letter "STORM" damage is not covered. I have been through my policy documents and nowhere does it state storm damage is an exclusion. I have requested the service providers report to ascertain the cause of damage by the service provider which is being withheld. Lindelwe mentioned to me that the PC board showed no signs of damages, how can she assume this. I am an electronics engineer by trade who have experience in these kind of damages, physically you will not see any damages unless each track and component on the board is tested, then you will find a faulty track or component. I will be taking my case further, cos this is not the first time my claim has been rejected. I will be removing the board and sending it for testing, will have a report ready for a case against SBIB. SBIB and its employees finds every excuse to reject claims instead of see the merits and getting the facts.

Its now been over 2 weeks SBIB has not given me answers. I had an aircon company access the damage, and SBIB appointed RCE to access the aircon and both confirmed that the PC board is faulty (as per initial rejection letter receiver). SBIB appointed another company (AUDNET) to do another assessment. How would they have a service provider on their panel (RCE) who have given them a report then appoint another assessor, which means they do not trust RCE's assessment.
i have been transparent with SBIB by sending them the report i obtained and paid for but SBIB are not willing to share their reports. T
SBIB ARE HIDING SOMETHING AND MAKING EXCUSES NOT TO PAY THE CLAIM.
My wife is a chronic hypertension patient, she passes out last night due the heat and malfunction of the aircon in the bedroom.
I have contacted OSTI with regard to the above matter, will also publish an article on all social medias as well.

I have 2 other identical aircons, as a qualified electronics tech, i will swop the PC board from another unit to prove to SBIB that the PC board is faulty
