Claim rejected
I have a homeowners insurance with Standard Bank Insurance brokers for 17 years. I have put in a claim for my roof which has started to sag after the heavy rains. They are refusing to settle and making excuses that it is structual damage. So why do they make it compulsary to have an insurance which I pay every month only for them to look for an excuse not to settle. Bad bad business practice.

Dont deal with them. Take your business elsewhere and not with Standard Bank Insurance Brokers. Your terrible service and attitude just caused you a loss of a client.
