CLAIM REGISTERED - MORE THAN A MONTH STILL NO ONE COMES BACK TO ME.

<p>I registered a calim for ligtning damages more than a month ago. I have to phone everyday to find out what the process of my claim is, and everyday I get told that they will phone me back. NOT ONCE in all this time has even one single person phoned me back!</p> <p>Firstly I was told they are waiting for a price on one item. After not hearing from them for more that 2 weeks, I phoned again, just to hear that they are STILL waiting for the price.</p> <p>I went myself and got a price, send it to them, and phoned again to confirm it was received, and was AGAIN told I will be phoned back.. I am still waiting for that call!!</p> <p>I phoned AGAIN and was told it must be send for audit, they will phone me back, still waiting..</p> <p>I phoned again after a week, just to hear that it was never send for audit, and was only send by this guy.</p> <p>This is really rediculous, I have to phone and get prices and get told EVERYDAY I will be phoned back, which never happens!!!!!</p> <p>We had exactly the same claim a few months ago, and the contractor the back send replaced everything. now all of the sudden for EXACTLY the same claim we must sort it out ourselfs. (WHICH I ALSO COMPLAINED ABOUT - BUT GET NO FEEDBACK OR RESPONSE.</p> <p>The staff also has different stories everytime. The one lady even told me that the item that they are waiting for the price is not ceovered (Dispite the fact the exact same thing was replaced before), and when I told her that THAT is the reason for the hold-up, because they are waiting for the price, then all of the sudden it was a different story.</p> <p>HOW CAN A CLAIM BE HANDLED LIKE THIS, NO COMMUNICATION OR FEEDBACK OR EFFORT TO SORT IT OUT, ALL THE EFFORT MUST COME FROM ME - THE CUSTOMER,</p> <p>BUT OUR MONEY GETS TAKEN EVERYMONTH WITH NO PROBLEMS!</p> <p> </p>
