Claim pending for two years

Pathetic service from Standard Home Insurance, we had a burst geyser in 2019, however to date there are oustanding work that has not been completed. The assessor from Standard bank has approved for wallpaper to be replaced in the kitchen which has still not been done 2 years later. Also appointed contractor Fab Floors who rushed the work the day before lockdown in 2020 and to date the snags have still not been sorted.
