Claim paymenrs

bad experience with payment of claims - 4 months since my swimming pool moter was storm damaged. Every time I am told that they are waiting for ther service providers. WHY IS THIS MY PROBLEM??? In addition, call centre should be renamed to "Wait Centre" because calls take up to 90 minutes (Yes 90!) to be answered
