Claim open from June !!!

BELOW IS A COMPLAINT I HAVE POSTED ON 11/10/2017!!!!

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ASSISTANCE WITH IT AS YET !

YOU PEOPLE ARE RIDICULOUS !

I HAVE A GOOD MIND OF MOVING EVERY SINGLE ACCOUNT AND PRODUCT OF MINE FROM STANDARD BANK !!! YOU DO NOT DESERVE MY HARD EARNED MONEY !

I have this on going claim from JUNE , it is now OCTOBER! I paid R500 excess for a replacement geyser. Yet I still have the leak in the same spot I obviously want this sorted out ASAP , I have lost a lot of water already. I have been liaising with a manager by the name of ****er Fredericks , but haven't heard from him since beginning of August . Please help me sort this out , this situation is getting highly frustrating.
