Claim number 23/039757

I'm not happy with standard bank insurance , i put the claim on burst pipe and damage to kitchen cupboard. claim was approved with service provider before it was discussed with me, I then requested disclaimer so I can get my own people to fix the cupboard was not assisted, I don't like have excess money and would prefer using people that I know, claim is only R5340 and i have insured with STD bank insurance for the past 8 years
