Claim number 21/038529
Standard Bank Insurance does not have the money to pay their clients claims. I am struggling since last week to get an amount of R6 500 from them and they cannot pay it. I had the same problem last year with a different claim and it took roughly three months for them to pay me. It is absolutely shocking that they continue to do business and to collect premiums.
