Claim not settled
We submitted a claim a claim in mid February 2023 and as yet it is still not resolved. This is not acceptable.

This is not acceptable, just to re-cap, the claim was submitted for ;
*Repair of alarm system - R7991.08
*Repair of security lights x 4 - R1200.00
*Repair of power pack camera system - R569.90
*Repair of motorised gate motors x 2 - R11000.00
Total claim of +/- R20 760.98 and the insurer is on willing to pay R6741.08. No person even came to assess the damage.
I wish you to take the matter further as this doesn't make sense.
Please make this urgent as it is a security risk for us without the gate motors and security lights.
