Claim not being paid in time

I lodge a claim in July 2024 due to the storm we had in Cape Town, it’s been two months and we still waiting on the pay out from our insurance claim. Their attitude when calling in is pathetic and the lack of knowledge is appalling. Each time i called to find out the status of the claim progress i was given the run around. Its ok for them to take my monthly debit orders but don’t provide a service in return. Time to change my insurance to my own bank.
