Claim not being attended to

<p><br />I contacted standard bank insurance on friday and was given a case number for my claim 567987. I was asked to call back on monday to proceed further with the claim. I Was then given a reference number From Std Ins. Ltd SHS ********** 1132 and was told i would be contacted with in 24 hours for someone to come out to my property and assess the damage before proceeding further. It has now been 2 days and i have not heard from either standard bank or the assessors. The heavy storm last week caused rain to seep through into the ceilings, which have been damaged and will further be damaged with the continuous rain, if it does not get attended to asap.</p>
