Claim HLB/2026/480350 pool claim
Hi SBSA home insurance, it’s me again. Opened a claim with you’ll early march , your pool guys came out on 03/03/206 according to my whatsapp messages they did a inspection and said the bubbles in pool are due to maintenance, neverrrrr got a call or email from you’ll informing me about result of claim. Hired my own pool guy who found a suction leak at my weir and plumbing. Paid for the job. Only to call today 05/04/2026 and find out the claim is still open, how? No response no communication, SBSA you’ll don’t disappoint with your bad service!
