CLAIM DELAYING

Good day

I am so disappointed on how Standard bank is treating us in times of Grief . We have sent document and sis not receive a reference number and today I am told that it will take 48hours and we have to make other means .WOW . I hate how black people are being treated and if we complain our claim will be flagged as ***** , I hate how whites are being priorities and claims are approved withing 2 hours . The funeral is Saturday and how do you expect us to get the funds .
