CLAIM DECLINED BECAUSE OF YOU BIG MOUTH

<p>This is a second complain to the same company with no answer . i dont understand they dont care about my claim but the deduct money from my account every month . you complain and they said they will call you back . REALLY ? </p> <p>Then after your claim is being rejected becouse you complain about their service provider . you have a big mouth .</p> <p>I called on the 10 of August 2016 , asking you deportment to contacted you regarding the complaint I laid with you company , but you failed to be in contact with me. I phone again on the 12 August 2016 you failed me again . again i called you on the 15th of August 2016 with no luck . </p> <p> </p> <p>I was surprised to hear that my claim was rejected because I laid a complaint with your complain department .</p> <p> </p> <p>I laid a complain on the 16th of July 2016 for a storm damage and your service provider came to my house on the 4th of August 2016. I had to call you guys to found out how far with you with my claim on then i found out that there was no report was sent to your department by the service provide. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now because I complained about your service provider my claim is being rejected WHY ? .</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel like I being victimized her , because the picture are being sent is not where my house is liking . this is really unfair . for a person who is being paying you for 9 years without claiming , this a day light robbing business. Your excuses to reject my claim is totally out . I even call to tell you about my carport but you don’t even care WHY ? you never care . </p> <p> </p>
