Claim

I have very very bad experience with Standard Bank claims department in terms of sense of urgency there's none , they will promise you world but deliver zero, Spoke with three consultants in claims department and all of them promise to call back based on my claim. I'm being abused or untrusted by Standard Bank, there's assessor that was sent by them and the gentleman wanted to record me while we having a conversation without my concern and he told me straight forward its either his way or he's living of which he left without doing assessment, I complained in Standard Bank but they won't take me serious instead they promise to call but they don't call. Standard Bank don't comply to POPI ACT as they abusing me to have my conversation recorded with out my concern.
