Claim

I've submitted a claim mid month of February one approve but no one is contacting me spoke with a consultant in claims department a lady can't mention due to POPI ACT she **** to me about sending an email regarding the claim I don't understand how std bank work. One Claim is rejected telling me about prexisting damages but I don't understand because was insured by Standard Bank and it's 1st claim. I sent an email to complains department on 22nd of February and also that department failed because there's none of the consultants bother to call me or respond via email.
