Claim

Hi ,

I had a claim ( 22/146443 ) which was rejected and I have sent 5 emails (***) requesting this to be review again as I am not happy with the decision . Up till now not even 1 reply back to my emails . You are happy to take a clients money but not willing to help when we have a valid claim !!!!!
