Claim

Probably the worst experience ive had with claim from an insurance company. My total claim value was merely R2500. To date i have spend almost R 400 on my cellphone bill calling the centre as they never returned any of my calls nor has the consultant responded to any of my emails. Its been more than 2 weeks since the claim was lodged on the system and the process is still not finalised.

The extreme lack of competence and back and forth and running around to ask “the manager” is so frustrating.

Definately moving back to Santam, a bit more expensive but i have never had such horrible service
