Claim 19-002039

I have a claim that occurred 5 January 2019, I have signed the loss agreement and until today no feedback or payments received. The call centre takes 45 minutes to answer and then still nothing happens. I just want my money so I can fix up my damaged kitchen please!!!!!

I have wasted 3 times 45 minutes to try and get this sorted.
