Charged two premiums on one product
Salesman Harold was fantastic. Competative rates. Homeloan insurance is a different story. I expressed concern that Homeloans and Standard Insurance had two different evaluations leading to two different amounts. I have now been debited by Homeloan insurance and by Standard Insurance? Please resolve this. I called in over two weeks ago when the documents arrived and yet was now debited twice for the same cover.
