Charged for statements not requested from Standard Bank

So I query why I don't get my statements emailed to me.. Then I get a statement, and there are 2 charges on my card of R 190 each for statement fees.. I query this and get 5 statements emailed to me. I never requested any old statements, how do I get these charges for them reversed?
