Change of debit order account-Funeral policy

I have funeral insurance with standard bank,on 09th I had to change my banking details and also all debits. As always standard bank did a half job ,I have 7 insurances and they only moved 5 funeral insurances to the new bank account. I work weekdays and have no time to keep on going to the bank to fix their errors. Standard Bank is big and should train their employees,the unacceptable errors are costing us time and very inconvenient.
