Change banks

Been sitting with mold in our kitchen, broken out cubbords, holes in the wall for 5months after paying all excess to get the job done in the first week this is standard bank insurance pipe claim completion. Due to incompetence and poor workmanship this still not sorted assessors of the bank states a new claim must be made I must pay for everything even extra cost and that I should no longer communicate with him on watsapp anymore even thou cubbord people put cubbords in on damn walls and plumber has not completed his job of fixing the pipe. Plumber no finally gets the leak stopped and standard bank wants me to pay for everything all over again.
