Ceiling replacement

I have reported claim 23 December 2025 for my ceiling and one contractor came out on 29 December 2025 and again another contractor came out on 5 January 2026 and both submitted reports of cost, and I was informed that a bank estimator will come out and nothing has happened since 5 January 2026. We can't stay in the house due to a lot of dust.
