Catch them if you can

<p>i have an insurance policy with STD insurance brokers since 1 july 2014 and choose one of their cash back option along with the premiums, last year was paid my cash back with no problems, now this year when was suppose to receive my cash back option, was taken to pillar to pillar when i enquired about it, i have spoken to more than 5 call centre agents about this since 02/08/2016 and all been hearing is that, they have "reffered the matter". They even went to an extent of cancelling my policy and now trying to issue me with a new policy without the cash back option, yet i never received my cash back. Now i don't have cover because of a cash back option. So the question is " Are we paying insurance to cover for peace of mind in times of need or we paying to have headaches and be sold nothing but lies".</p>
