CASH BACK BONUS

<p>On 20 June 2016 I received my annual review letter from yourselves. In this letter it stated that my cash back bonus would be paid into my account during the month of July 2016. This has not been paid in, could you please advise when this will be credited to my account. I sent an email on 31/7/2016 but up until today I haven't received any response. I contacted the call centre and was advised that I should check my account on 15 August and if it still hasn't been paid in I should contact them again. How can Standard Bank send you a letter stating that it will be paid in on a certain date and then decide that they will pay it in when it suits them.</p>
